d) On user forums, the users themselves make up the rules. There are a few exceptions to this, but in general, it's all up to the user mod.
e) Try to not post in threads that do not concern you in any way, there is nothing more annoying than someone posting an off topic message in a formal topic~Or a off topic msg in any forum unless it could be usefull somhow
